These pills work to alleviate my pain so I can get through my day and it doesn't make me tired! The caffeine works to keep me awake so I can work without neck, shoulder and back pain!

Good product, it work well for headache or muscle pain. I don't know if it because of the caffeine cause normally, Tylenol are good for these kinds of pain, but I liked it.
