Tylenol day is effective in pain and headache relief without the tired feeling, I was able to get relief and work efficiently. Confident that I will buy again.

Pain Relief as Promised

This product worked for me well. It worked fairly quick and the pills are coated and easy to swallow. My only complaint was that they did not last long enough to get me to the next time frame where I was allowed another dose.

Cleared my headache faster than regular Tylenol!

Other than a noticeable difference in the time it took for my headache to go away, I didn't notice too much of a difference between extra strength Tylenol and this product. If the price was the same for the same amount of tablets, I would purchase this over my usual product.

Trusted pain relief for busy roofer

My husband will only use Tylenol for his ached and pains! He's a roofer so he has a lot of stress on his body and he's tried other otc pain relief but always comes back to Tylenol.

I loved this. I had a bad headache for a long time. I actually forgot that I had these. I found them and I took the dose required to help. It didn't take long at all to kick in and relieve the pain.

Tylenol products are always high quality and super effective and this none is no different. The added caffeine is a good addition for daytime use. Highly recommended!

Actually works and I would recommend

The first time I took this Tylenol I didn’t think anything of the caffeine as I didn’t think it would have any affect on me but I genuinely noticed a difference in my energy and the Tylenol helped with my headache at the same time. I would recommend this product if you’re looking for a little added caffeine.

Works great and is non drowsy!

These work great for daytime pain/ache relief! The caffeine makes them non drowsy and perfect to take in the mornings when you might not be fully awake.

It works like a charm

I've been using this product for the last couple of days for my pain and it has been helping me tremendously. My husband has also been using it when he isn't feeling well. I definitely recommend giving it a try.

Effective - packs a punch

This works great for persistent migraines. Previously, I used to drink coffee and take regular Tylenol - which took a while to work. These tablets provide quick relief. My only issue is that I cannot sleep if I take them too late - I guess that's why they are marketed as daytime!
