Great daytime option, but watch your coffee intake

Tylenol is a staple brand for painkillers in our house, from kids to adults. This is a great option to have for daytime and definitely ensures you don't get drowsy! But because it has caffeine, do watch your coffee intake for the day if you take this.

migraine tolerable within 20 minutes

this couldn’t have arrived at a better time!!! i’ve had a terrible migraine that nothing was helping. i took 2 of these daytime extra strength with caffeine tylenol and within 20 minutes my migraine was a tolerable headache.

Works great...if you don't have a coffee headache!

I've been struggling with headaches/migraines for the past 4-5 years and admittedly, my go-to is typically not Tylenol. It's not that I have anything against Tylenol specifically, but my house brand when I was living at my parents' home was Advil and that's what I stuck with into adulthood as well.

Thanks to a whopping coffee-induced headache (this is important), I was given the opportunity to try Tylenol's daytime relief pill. Typically 1 pill is enough to ease up the pain enough to get me through most of the day. However, I failed to see that this Tylenol contained both acetaminophen but also contained caffeine. Because was 99% sure the reason I had a headache was too much coffee, this was a terrible mix. While I didn't feel any worse, I was still feeling like crap 2 hours after taking Tylenol.

Unfortunately, that's what did it in for this particular Tylenol brand. I'm sure it would have worked just fine for someone who had a headache unrelated to coffee. But I personally wouldn't want to carry multiple kinds of pain relievers in my purse (one with and one without caffeine) and take one depending on what kind of headache I have at that point in time.

Great Tylenol Product

I used this product to help with a big headache. It did help to relieve the pain quickly. The caffeine seemed to give me a burst of energy whereas usually I have very little when dealing with a headache.

Love the addition of caffeine!

I love this variant of TYLENOL® Daytime Relief! It combines the pain relief of acetaminophen with caffeine, which is a known pain relief aid. Works great

I usually get headaches from the chinooks where I live, but the Tylenlo day time relief seems to be able to knock those out with ease. I think the addition of caffine gets you the best defense against that type of pain. I would recommend this as a pain reliever and I will be purchasing it in the future.

Such an improvement for an already great product!

Has been super dependable for my cramps and headaches, and overall the caffeine is such an added effective bonus. I will say I took it in the late afternoon once and had a bit of trouble going to sleep, but effective nonetheless. Will purchase again when I'm out

Amazing!

This product provided me with amazing relief from a tension headache. The added caffeine helps a lot, I have never used a product that has both acetaminophen and caffeine before. Would highly recommend, will be purchasing in the future!
