Does what its supposed to!

This product is good, it does what its supposed to by quickly targeting pain. For me it helps with TMJ related pain. I don't necessarily need the caffeine ingredient so I may buy again, or I might buy the version without.

Works good!

I prefer using Tylenol for my headaches because it works fast and doesn't make me drowsy. I do like that it does have caffeine because sometimes my headaches are caused by me not having my morning coffee and I find the caffeine in the pill helps with that.

Anytime I have any headaches that I can’t nap off, I’ll take a Tylenol and it really does work wonders. The bottle is also compact so it’s easy to put into a purse.
