This extra strength Tylenol with caffeine really helped me with my headaches, the boost of caffeine gave me energy and the acetaminophen took away my pain. The tablets were very small too which made it a lot easier to swallow especially for someone to has trouble with tablets. Would recommend over other major brands

I was actually meant to review these Tylenol Extra Strength Daytime Relief tablets a few days ago, but given that it requires something to treat, I had to wait until the opportunity presented itself. Today was the day.

I get headaches when the weather changes (must be an air pressure thing), and we've gone from a week of pretty rainy, overcast weather to a dry sunny day today. Boom, headache begins. So does this work?

Just about everyone has heard of Tylenol, and you've probably used it, too. Yes, this DID work, and pretty quickly, too. I'm guessing it's due to the combo of aceteminophen and caffeine. I've heard this combo works, but have never explored why, so I did a little research. It seems the reason is that caffeine boosts the absorption of the aceteminophen and enhances the pain relieving properties. This tracks because my headache started to ease off in less than 30 minutes. Oh, and the pills themselves? They're easy to swallow, and it's Tylenol, so I already trusted it would do the job!

Tylenol is the holy grail

Honestly, Tylenol is a quick and easy fix to your headaches, migraines, fever, muscle sprains, anything really. These pills are easy to swallow and I keep them on me at all times cus you never know right? You need it when you’re on vacation, or when you suffer from hangovers or sometimes someone around you isn’t feeling the greatest so when they want a Tylenol, you got them! It’s my go to.

Tylenol Daytime Relief has Acetaminophen 500mg and Caffeine 65mg to help with headaches and migraines. I tried it when I had a migraine attack, it is easy to swallow however did not really helped me with migraine headache. It might help with regular headaches but not for me.
