Works for my migraines

Regular Tylenol doesn't work well for me, but this new version with caffeine is very good. I knew from before that caffeine works for my migraines (it may make them worse for some people), so I was excited to try these pills, and I'm happy to report that my migraine started subsiding about 30 minutes after taking one pill, which is comparable to other pain killers I use.
