My family has always lived and used Tylenol for small aches and pains. I find this one helps with my headaches, just take one or two of these and felt better.

I received this free to test. I generally use a different product for my stubborn headaches but was quite happy with this. It works and it worked quite fast as well. As it has caffeine in it I only used during the day so I can't say how it works for nighttime use. I will definitely be buying this Tylenol to continue using it.

I've always been a consumer of Tylenol as unfortunately I get many headaches and minor general aches and pains. This product is an awesome choice for people who may also need a little boost of energy. I'm a teacher so when I return in September I think this will be a very useful product for the job.

I already take Tylenol daily for headaches and chronic pain. It helps subside the pain to complete small tasks. Makes things a little easier for a couple of hours at a time without feeling drowsy!

Fast working pain relief

I took this for a headache and while it worked fast, about 20 minutes it did not take the headache away completely.
Another family member used it and was pain free though.
Depends on the person and pain type I think.
The tabs are easy to swallow with no weird taste or smell. The caffeine was mild. no jittery effects.
