The pill is comparatively small in size, very easy to swallow. It has an instant effect, and helps to relieve headache instantly. Tylenol is the option I would go to for painkillers.

Amazing

I'm so glad I was able to get Tylenol to try. I have been using Tylenol for the last 4 years since I have had headaches very often, and they also accompanied me through the process of my pregnancy and birth of my son. Tylenol is the only brand that has been a great help to me and my little family.
This Daytime Relief has added caffeine that helps on days when we cannot rest quickly. I am delighted. This is a plus for the product. Thank you.

No better over the counter meds for migraines!

As someone who suffers with bad migraines at least weekly I am constantly looking for new ways to decrease the pain. Tylenol daytime relief with caffeine is the first medication in a long time that has been significantly effective in reducing and even eliminating some of my migraines all together. I am so thankful for this product and will definitely be buying more when I run out!

I've been using Tylenol for years and it never disappoints! Whether it's a headache, muscle pain or fever, I can count on Tylenol. It's gentle on my stomach . Tylenol is my trusted choice for managing everyday aches and pain.

Works great

Usually take this to help with my arthritis and minor aches and pains, works good to take the edge off. The candy coating is a great addition for ease of swallowing.

Good pain reliever

I had a major headache and back pain, i took a Tylenol and went to relax. It didn’t took long before it kick in and started to relieve my pain. After the tyIenol did it effect I went for a nice walk in the wood to relax. I definitely recommend it to family and friend and i will buy again in the futur.

Works!

Tylenol Daytime works just how it says it should. My only complaint with this product is the added caffeine. I am already a coffee drinker and I don’t need more caffeine in my life for pain relief. I’m sure for others it’ll be a great product, just not for me.

Great for headaches!

I love this brand of Tylenol. With the added caffeine, it helps with migraines and severe headaches without having to take large uncomfortable pills. They go down smooth and don't get that stuck feeling!

Fast relief for my migraines

I get frequent headaches, and migraines in particular. Finding fast relief is essential for me to function at home or at work. I have trusted Tylenol® for decades to help me get back to normal and Extra Strength TYLENOL® Daytime Relief is a welcome addition to my pain relief options.

This pain reliever contains acetaminophen and caffeine to give me fast, effective relief. It started working about 10 to 15 minutes after I took it and stopped my migraine in it's tracks.

The coating on the easy swallow tabs has a touch of sweetness, so they don't taste bad, but mine also tasted a little on the stale side. I checked the expiry date on the box to ensure I didn't accidentally get an out of date box, but it doesn't expire until 2027. I have never had this problem with Tylenol® products before, so I am hoping it was a one-off experience.

Caffeine? Yes, please

I was quite excited to be able to receive Tylenol to try. I've been using Tylenol as a pain reliever for many years as I've gotten headaches quite often since childhood. Tylenol is the one brand that has been consistent in providing relief.

This Daytime Relief has added Caffeine which helps on days that I can't go take a nap because I have a headache or migraine. I always need coffee to jumpstart my day so this is an added boost in addition to relief. Thanks!
