Perfect for the time of the month

I found this to be a great option for the time of the month if you don't have other "period" medication on hand. I really did feel like I had a bit more energy with the caffeine, and it helped with my IT band syndrome.

Does what its supposed to!

This product is good, it does what its supposed to by quickly targeting pain. For me it helps with TMJ related pain. I don't necessarily need the caffeine ingredient so I may buy again, or I might buy the version without.

I have always been a big fan of Tylenol, but I really appreciate the added caffeine that makes this Tylenol incredibly fast acting. For anything life throws my way, I know that Tylenol has my back.

I get frequent migraines due to the stressful nature of my job as a nurse, working 12hrs or more. Usually, tylenol extra strength gives a hit and miss pain relief for me while my migraine is just on the milder stage. But with the caffeine added in it, i find that i am more alert and it worked faster(about 45 mins-1hr) than the plain tylenol (about 2-4hr). Folks, i have severe migraines >15 times a month, on botox injections, and it started early in childhood so my tolerance to pain medications has already built up so it takes 4hrs for me to feel relief even with the help of a triptan so that is actually pretty good for a tylenol. I am actually very pleased so i will be keeping this one on my work bag!

I prefer using Tylenol for my headaches because it works fast and doesn't make me drowsy. I do like that it does have caffeine because sometimes my headaches are caused by me not having my morning coffee and I find the caffeine in the pill helps with that.
