This Tylenol like the usual one have Acetaminophen but there's added Caffeine best for daytime use. It relieved my headache fast and get back on track for my daytime activity. I didn't have any bad side effects or allergies after taking it and what's cool about this is the shape of the tablet. It's easier to swallow than the long ones.
