Very effective

Works quick the relieve symptoms and last for at least four hours. Easy to swallow as the tablets are coated. Would definitely recommend to those that get migraines

Effective headache relief

Tylenol is already my go-to when I have a headache, and usually my headaches are caused by skipping my morning tea or coffee. So Tylenol + Caffeine is perfect for me! Though this product was provided to me for free to test, in exchange for my review, I have purchased it in the past and will continue to do so. It crushes my headaches quickly and effectively!

Works as advertised

I was very excited to be chosen to receive this product as a free/tester! I immediately thought it would be great to keep at the office and it came in handy that day! It provided fast relief to my daytime headache. I will definitely purchase in the future!

Product okay!

I didn’t find as effective as regular Tylenol! It just simply didn’t work as quickly as other Tylenols. Which is fine. I would try again when the times comes.

I often get headaches and I use this product it works great I would definitely recommend that you try this product it also works great on aches and pain.

Fairly good pain relief

Fairly good pain relief if you have symptoms from a cold or injury.

Given that there's acetaminophen you wouldn't want to take this with or after drinking given they both use the P450 enzyme to break them down.

The caffeine content in it isn't a lot, but can add up if you're having multiple a day. Because of this, I'd only recommend taking the Tylenol early in the morning upon waking, or within 8 hours of waking to allow some of the caffeine to exit your system prior to sleep.

It doesn't have decongestants in it, so it's not meant to relieve cold symptoms such as a runny nose.

Will likely use this when I have a headache throughout the day that isn't due to a hangover.

Quick Relief

I found this to work more quickly than regular or extra strength Tylenol. Once I took 1 tablet I didn’t have to take another to feel relief. The coating makes them easy to swallow.

Worked great for a stubborn headache

I regularly struggle with headaches and migraines, and over the counter medication is not always able to help. I was happily surprised when taking the TYLENOL Daytime Relief to find that it resolved a stubborn headache fairly quickly!
