This product is a Tylenol with the amount of caffeine of a regular coffee. So it can be effective, but just keep that in mind to not over caffeinate yourself.

I received this free to test. I generally use a different product for my stubborn headaches but was quite happy with this. It works and it worked quite fast as well. As it has caffeine in it I only used during the day so I can't say how it works for nighttime use. I will definitely be buying this Tylenol to continue using it.

Pain Relief with a Little Extra

I've always been a consumer of Tylenol as unfortunately I get many headaches and minor general aches and pains. This product is an awesome choice for people who may also need a little boost of energy. I'm a teacher so when I return in September I think this will be a very useful product for the job.

Perfect for Migraine Relief!

I got this for free in exchange for my honest opinion.
