Amazing

I'm so glad I was able to get Tylenol to try. I have been using Tylenol for the last 4 years since I have had headaches very often, and they also accompanied me through the process of my pregnancy and birth of my son. Tylenol is the only brand that has been a great help to me and my little family.
This Daytime Relief has added caffeine that helps on days when we cannot rest quickly. I am delighted. This is a plus for the product. Thank you.

No better over the counter meds for migraines!

As someone who suffers with bad migraines at least weekly I am constantly looking for new ways to decrease the pain. Tylenol daytime relief with caffeine is the first medication in a long time that has been significantly effective in reducing and even eliminating some of my migraines all together. This works amazing! Addition of coffee in a pain killer is a game changer. Love the pain relief element plus the coffee wakes you up. This medication is non drowsy so win win. Absolutely recommend.
