This is amazing for headaches. I noticed the biggest difference about 20 minutes after taking one. The added caffeine makes it super beneficial for headaches in comparison to the original tylenol. Definitely something i will be continuing to repurchase.

First of all I would like to thank you for this full-sized product free of charge ! I was at the office preparing for a sales meeting and I can feel this headache coming along. I usually take the regular Tylenol tablets at the signs of a headache, which are very effective, however I feel just a little too relaxed. So I decided to try the Tylenol Daytime Relief tablets because I needed to stay alert and not feel drowsy. These tablets were very effective. Very glad I had brought them with me !
