Migraine relief

I am so thankful to be able to try this daytime relief, I get migraines due to weather in Calgary and this has been a blessing! Normally I would use excedrin from the USA as it is not available here in Canada this Tylenol is a great alternative and works wonders.


The caffeine with pain killer is an amazing combination and it’s exactly what is needed to fight the migraine.

The pills are nice and coated which make it easy to swallow.

Works effectively, nothing unique however.

Overall, I found this product to work successfully and effectively in a short amount of time. I didn't take notice of the caffeine in the product, however and it felt very similar to other Tylenol products, as in there was nothing unique about this product itself. The same Tylenol taste remained and the pills were easy to swallow and a small enough size and again, seemed to work within 20 minutes from consumption to target my headache.

The packaging feels rather aggressive with the bold, red colours however, reminds me more of increased pain rather than decreased pain. The size of the bottle and packaging was good, however I would prefer more sustainable materials. Overall, I would recommend this product if it's within your price range, or cheaper than your usual product if you'd like something quick and effective. I personally would like something more unique about the product or packaging to encourage me to buy this product again in comparison to my regular products, as they feel basically the same, giving the same result.

Works great!

Works great! The added caffeine is helpful. Sometimes that helps get rid of a headache anyway. Only con would be that you'd still need to buy regular tylonal for any nighttime headaches.

Instant relief and energy boosting

I took Tylenol's extra strength Daytime Relief with caffeine tablets when I was suffering from a headache and was having a hard time focusing on my work. It was just what I needed as within 20 mins my headache was almost completely gone and I was able to get my work done. Definitely recommend!

Best Quick Relief tablet for Daytime Aches

Received this product from #Butterly as #freeproduct for trial and review.
I used the medicine for a couple of times now during daytime for my stress induced headache. It has caffeine in it, so the medicine doesn't just gives relief from inflammation but also provides energy. Definitely recommend.

No Chance Against Sinus Headache

I received Tylenol Daytime Relief with caffeine in exchange for my honest review from the folks at Butterly. Unfortunately my review is not very fair. For the first week after I received them, my headaches were all evening. For the next week, I was sick with severe sinus headaches. The Tylenol Day Relief didn't stand a chance against this pain. If pain was a 10, the Day Relief numbed it to a 9.5. One week later the sinus headache is still going strong. Caffeine levels didn't affect me. Recommend for those with minor headaches. Easy to swallow and don't taste terrible going down. Thank you Butterly.

Effective in making me through the day. I had a really bad flu night before and was working in the morning the next day. Good thing i had this Tylenol which really helped me not call in sick. I survived my shift.

Help my Migraine

The Tylenol Daytime Relief really helped with my morning migraine. I will definitely be continuing to keep the Tylenol Daytime Relief in my cupboard for my next migraine.
