Works great for every day aches and pains. The caffeine gave me abit of alertness and worn off in a few hours. I'm not sure it's an ingredient that I would want to use daily though. I received this free for my honest opinion @butterly

A little extra help, kicking headaches to the curb

Usually, most pain reliever take awhile to kick in unless accompanied by a coffee (or caffeinated beverage)... I find in my experience with "Tylenol daytime relief (effective pain reliever + caffeine)" helps with faster, more effective relief of pain and headaches. As someone who suffers from various kinds of headaches regularly and recently underwent surgery (regular Tylenol and prescription painkillers were prescribed)... found this product most effective over regular Tylenol and helped to avoid use of prescription painkillers *please note, doctors approved me trying Tylenol daytime relief for pain relief from my surgery* (please consult your doctor first, to ensure "Tylenol Daytime" is right for you for effective pain relief for headaches, recovering from surgery, etc).

Always a lifesaver

I recently tried TYLENOL® Daytime Relief for a persistent headache and mild cold symptoms. The medication provided significant relief from my symptoms, allowing me to stay focused and productive throughout the day.

I appreciated that it didn't cause drowsiness, which is a common issue with many other cold and flu remedies. The effects kicked in relatively quickly, within about 30 minutes, and lasted for several hours, making it easier to go about my daily activities without constant discomfort.

Not effective as i hoped

I enjoyed that Tylenol kept the pills as “easy swallow”, but I didn’t find them very effective.
Someone that suffers headaches frequently as well as migraines. This didn’t stand up against them at all.
I will continue to take them when available in hopes they can dull a less severe headache.

Works against headaches

This Tylenol day time relief works well when you have a headache. After a few minutes of taking it, headache goes away and it feels good afterwards. It is also easy to swallow it with water and there is no back taste to it. I recommend this medication against headaches.

Works great!

I tried this product after experiencing a really bad headache. It worked fast and gave me relief. I was able to continue with my routine for the day with ease. I would definitely recommend it and will be buying it again.

Amazing pain relief

I absolutely love this Tylenol. I find it so interesting then it has caffeine in it. I get bad headaches and within about 20 minutes of taking one of these Tylenol, my headache was completely gone, and I felt great.

Fastest Relief

I suffer from constant migraines and sometimes have to take 2 pills.. this tablet worked fast and i felt relief right away. I normally take tylenols with coffee and now i dont have to as these have caffeine. This product will definitely be a must in my purse.
