Always read labels

I was given the opportunity to try the Tylenol Day Time Relief for free from Butterly. I have to say usually Tylenol doesn't do much for my day to day joint pain, but I was willing to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. It worked very well this time. After I was bouncing off the walls the first time I tried it l, I thought I'd better read the actual caffeine content in these pills. Turns out there the same amount as in a large coffee in one pill. Caffeine and I have an odd relationship where either it does nothing or has me acting like a hyper squirrel there is no in-between. So I dropped down to one pill on day two. And although it didn't stop the pain completely, I had excepted the lower dose wouldn't be as effective. But living with fibromyalgia I'm used to my pain levels being more then medication can handle. I feel like as long as you read the labels thoroughly you will be satisfied with this product.
