Works great

These were exactly what I needed this week. Had lots of soreness that I was struggling with after injuring myself. The caffeine with the acetaminophen helped keep me motivated throughout the day

Not that great

Feels like any other Tylenol. It's okay and it works okay. I didn't notice much of an improvement in my pain and I didn't feel any more awake or less tired.

Best tylenol for fast relief

Tylenol is always my go to. I carry it everywhere since i’m really sensitive to headaches. I like the smaller size of it, it’s easy to swallow. In this one, there is caffeine. I don’t know if it’s just because it says it, but I feel like the relief of my headache was more effective and faster. I did start to feel better way more fast than the original one, with only one pills! Usually I have to take two pills to help myself, but this one really worked better (again, with only one). Whenever I have cramps or headaches, it always works. I’ll definitely buy it when I run out of it. For information, it have 500mg of acetaminophen for pain relief and to reduce fever + 65mg of caffeine for a pain relief enhancer. Thank you Tylenol for always taking care of me😁

Incredible headache relief!

I was super excited to have to opportunity to try these as they contain acetaminophen and caffeine which ive never tried before, and wow! I think it makes a huge difference. Any headache ive had has always been relieved with these! And fast! If you suffer from frequent headaches try these!!

Tylenol recommendation

I used this 500mg Acetaminophen under the brand name of Tylenol as a muscle relaxer and pain reliever and it worked for 6 hours. It was a good one and I think I am going to buy it again.

Once taken

From the excitement of finding ones musical love of banging pots and pans recently, my headaches can quickly evolve into migraines.
Thanks to TYLENOL DAYTIME, once taken with a glass of water, its an effective pain reliever with caffeine. It works really fast and I love the eZtab® coated pill.
I've been able to proceed thru them and get on with my musical day with several performances.

Great daytime relief

Overall, a pretty good product I would say. Smaller sized tablets for easier to swallow. I'm not entirely sure how others may feel about a daytime relief with caffeine in there though.

This stuff works!

I really liked this Tylenol combination. It has caffeine in it. I felt like my headache relief was faster and more effective. I took this when I had headaches and within an hour I’m starting to feel better and well enough to get through my day. They’re super easy to swallow with the coating on the outside and weren’t too big.

I’d definitely recommend this for anyone with aches and pains for fast and effective relief. I will continue to purchase and recommend this medication.

Whoever thought up Tylenol with caffeine already in it deserves a raise or a promotion! Tylenol Daytime Relief is the perfect solution to those days when you have pesky headaches, sore muscles, or maybe drank too much the night before. It kicks in fast and the caffeine gives that extra boost you need to get through the day! 5/5 definitely recommend and I needed this sooner in life!
