Only pain relief used

Tylenol works really well for me as I’m allergic to aspirin. It works super fast to get rid of my migraines and period cramps. This is the only pain relief pills I use. Would definitely buy again

I have alwys relied on Tylenol extra strength for my headaches....and with them being coated it helps even more for me to swallow! I must have used this for at least 15 years now!

I don't find this type of medication works very well in pain for me. Don't know why. Glad it works for other people!

I really like the easy swallow tablets. Extra Strength works well for me as they don't upset my stomach and relieves my pain within a few minutes.

Headache? One too many drinks last night?
This stuff works wonders! I recommend it! Although a little on the pricey side.. wait for a sale and stock up!

I find that I have a difficult time finding products that will relieve my headaches quickly. Tylenol Extra Strength is one of the only products that seem to do this - though it still takes about 15 minutes, which seems an eternity with a migraine. Once they kick in, they are highly effective, but there is one major down-side: THEY WILL KEEP YOU AWAKE!!! It seems that caffeine is one of the ingredients, which is good if you're looking to be productive throughout the day, but it's terrible to take in the evening and you'll be wondering why you can't get to sleep.

Overall, very effective, but don't take before bed.
