not at all targeted cramps no way!!! i bought thinking it would help, but no no no no no
honestly a regular advil works better than tylenol menstrual
i think it was more of a marketing scheme to target women to buy these for specific cramps pain, but i did not find any relief, would not recommend, needed to take more pills, longer pain time, no instant relief. Did not help won't buy again
