I got a sample bottle of these. I suffer from frequent headaches and migraines so I was excited to try these. I've used Tylenol in the past but found that I had to take several pills for it to make a dent in my more severe headaches. These worked much better and I felt relief relatively quickly. I noticed a difference within about 20 minutes but I didn't find that it completely got rid of the pain. Still, I was able to function and there are fewer long term side effects with Tylenol so I will certainly use these again.

These have a red coating that has a sweet taste to it when it hits your tongue. I prefer to take capsules though, and find capsules easier to swallow than these. They are smooth and go down easier than the white caplet though. Both my Mother and I do get a reaction to the red dye though, and we both avoid any product with red dye. It is a trusted name and I just have to take another kind. These did work fast though and maintained pain relief for about 8 hours. I suffer from sever migraines and this is one of the very few products that will help me. The price is a wee bit more expensive but the way it works is amazing. It may be a bit stronger for people who normally take a regular strength tylenol, but for migraine pron people like me, I take two of these and I am good to go!
