I got to try this product for free with butterly. I find stresses of life have been triggering more headaches and migraines lately so I was really excited to try this product. Having 1000 and 1 things on my to do list and having an headache isn't what I needed. I was glad to have this product handy. After taking one I felt like in minutes my pain with relieved and I could go on about my task. It's nice it has a sweet coating so it was easy to swallow.

This is perfect when I just need a little bit more than a regular Tylenol. My husband also said this works much better than regular Tylenol for him. It’s fast acting and safe for headaches and period pain.

Finally great relief for mild migraines!

I got to try Tylenol's extra strength Ultra relief tablets in exchange for an honest review. I work a full time job with 7.5 hours a day in front of 3 computer screens and migraines can sometimes stop me from doing my job or even get a good night sleep. These Tylenol Ultra relief are doing a fantastic job at relieving migraines and headaches. There is cafeine in them but I didnt find that it affected my sleep or anything like that. I recommend them to anyone looking for mild migraine relief.
