I have suffered from migraines for all my life and I can honestly say this drug is as effective as prescription drugs I have taken. Amazing product. Game changer!

Overall ok but not for my migraines

Tylenol ultra relief worked good if I caught my headache coming on early. When it didn't was when it was already a full blown migraine or if I woke up with a headache. Overall I am satisfied.

Finally great relief for mild migraines!

I got to try Tylenol's extra strength Ultra relief tablets in exchange for an honest review. I work a full time job with 7.5 hours a day in front of 3 computer screens and migraines can sometimes stop me from doing my job or even get a good night sleep. These Tylenol Ultra relief are doing a fantastic job at relieving migraines and headaches. There is cafeine in them but I didnt find that it affected my sleep or anything like that. I recommend them to anyone looking for mild migraine relief.

Quick Acting & Long Lasting

I have chronic headaches, especially weather related (and we all know how that’s been) so was excited to try this version. Within minutes of taking one I could feel my headache start to subside, after about 20 minutes felt myself again. It’s also small and easy to swallow which is great if you have a hard time with the bigger ones, and no bad taste! I would definitely recommend this, and will most definitely purchase again.
