Great, but for specific times

I used this recently when I had a migraine a couple of days ago. Having the caffeine added in with the Tylenol, seemed to work great for my migraine. However, I wonder how it might be if i had a migraine in the nighttime and didn't want the caffeine, not sure I would be able to sleep taking this tablet later in the day.

This product is amazing works on my migraines and period craps and every other pain I have. Will definately recommend it and will be purchasing again.

Fast and easy pain relief

These work fast to relieve pain. They do as they say, they’re very easy to swallow. The coating helps them go down easier and helps to eliminate the bitter after taste. I get headaches often so something that acts fast to relieve pain will definitely be a staple in my medicine cabinet.

It works

Tyelonol is always my go to med for head aches or whatever it may be. And this didn't disappoint it was great and worker great. I'd def use again and buy when I need meds

Good Results for Tylenol

I took one this morning to get rid of a sinus headache. It actually worked quite well and the headache was gone within the half hour. I think the caffeine helps, but also I'm probably addicted to caffeine which doesn't help the headache in the first place! Tylenol doesn't usually work for me so I go for something else. But this did the trick!

Took my bad headache away

I received this product free in exchange for a honest review. Had two days to try Tylenol Ultra Relief and actually had a bad headache yesterday afternoon.
With caffeine added, this really helped ease the pain within an hour. I've always been loyal to Tylenol and it shows since it always does the trick for me and my husband.

Migraine Relief at Last!

I was really impressed how easily these pills were to swallow and also how quickly it worked to help with the pain of my migraine! I felt relief once the pain had been dealt with, and I could go on with the tasks of my day.
I also used this product for the pain from my tooth extraction, and it quickly dealt with that pain too!
I cannot recommend this type of Tylenol enough for really tough pain that you have. Just make sure that you don't take it before you go to sleep, as the caffeine in the medication will keep you awake.

Impressive

This product is really great it works fast on pain and headaches it got my through a rough weekend as I had a tooth removed on Friday and was in a lot of pain afterwards. I tried the Tylenol Extra Strength ez tabs but found the Tylenol Ultra Relief worked faster and better and lasted longer than the other Tylenol it also took away my headaches in like 20 mins which was pretty fast. i was having bad headaches after the tooth removal as well. I will definitely be purchasing these. I recommend these they work very well I am so impressed.

Fast and effective relief!

I noticed as I've gotten older I get more frequent migraines and headaches. When that does happen I always try using any natural remedies before seeking medication. There are times when I am out and want some fast and effective relief. I was recently gifted Tylenol Ultra Relief from @tylenolcanada and @thisisbutterly to test out. I found that the tablet was extremely easy to swallow as it was sweet and coated. This is especially great if you are traveling or on the go, as you can take it without water.  Thanks to the added Caffeine with Tylenol extra strength Acetaminophen it give me fast and effective relief in less than 12 mins!
