Tylenol Ulta Relief worked great on my bad neck pain and headache. A good substitute for prescribed pain killers for migraines. I would purchase it again.

Great Product

Had to use this this weekend as the heat got so hot and my body is not fan of heat and I get migraines. I took one and it worked within 20 mins. Lifted my pressure in my head causing my migraine. Definitely recommend. husband also uses once in a while for ache back pain. He says Tylenol is only thing that helps.

Woke up with a headache and neck pain. Took 2 tablets and my headache and neck pain were greatly diminished within 30 minutes. Worked better than expected, as I find Tylenol doesn't usually work that well for me. But this worked wonderfully! Would recommend and definitely repurchase!

This tylenol is the best I've tried I had a migraine when it came in and nothing was working I took 2 tylenol and within 30 minutes my migraine was gone. Amazing thank you

Good but not the best

I tried this Tylenol ultra relief product for the first time and it didn't match my expectations. I had body aches due to migraine so I took 1 tablet. It took over an hour for the pain to alleviate. The effect lasted for about 2 hours. I usually use Advil which works better for me.

This product only thing that helps with any bad headache or neck pain that I recieve. Always my go too. Keep up the great relief. Will keep buying....

Good experience with tylenol

I used to have a headache most days and so many medicines I tried that never worked for me this fast, but Tylenol Ultra really worked for me and I recommend it.

Just in time! My go to as always. Whenever I have cramps and headaches, tylenol never fails me. Very reliable. Fast acting as always. Definitely has a place in my purse.

Fantastic

I woke up with another headache l. It started behind my right eye, and didn’t want to go away. I took one Tylenol and it faded within 30 minutes. I took another Tylenol at the 4 hour mark and the headache was history!
