Works good but hard to find

This works good for headaches and migraines but I found it's hard to find in my stores. I found it made me a little groggy after it started to wear off but it does work.

Works for headaches

I was not able to review this product for a migraine as I fortunately did not suffer from one during this review period. However, taking it for a regular headache, I did find it to be effective. The combination with caffeine seems to help my headaches better than Tylenol on its own. As such, I believe that it would make a good tool in the arsenal to fight migraines. I would recommend this product.

Tylenol Ultra Relief

I was having some headaches and discomfort and I have to say it did not relieve my pain. I had to use this product with another product 4 hours later to finally get relief.

It's Tylenol with a kick

I'm sure for most this product would be amazing. Unfortunately for me personally, it did not work and it caused a very upset tummy. I had my friend try it as well and she said it works great but she also had an upset tummy after taking it. I recommend drinking lots of fluids and eating even a cracker before taking it.

Works for mild to moderate headachs

Tylenol Ultra Relief eZTABS are quite literally easy-to-swallow tablets that are clinically proven to be more effective than acetaminophen-only tablets because of the caffeine they contain. I found they worked on mild headaches, but unfortunately they did not consistently relieve my most severe migraines. I did not experience any stomach upset when taking these. I would recommend them for those who have the occasional mild to moderate headache.

Effective for Migraine Relief, but Slow

Tylenol Ultra Relief helped ease my migraine symptoms, eventually. However, it took too long to have an effect, making the wait frustrating. Additionally, it made me very sleepy, which was inconvenient during the day. Consider it if you can tolerate the wait and don't need to be alert, but there may be better options for quicker relief without drowsiness.

A general pain killer

As expected a main brand pain killer that is available over the counter in any store. It does work though. I do prefer ingredients that are more natural.

Yes it work but with mid migrane it helped but not with intense headache. I need stronger pills but worked Wonder with my period pain. Would i try it Again in dont know but its a good product

Similar to others

I tried TYLENOL® Ultra Relief on multiple occasions for headaches, and though TYLENOL is my usual go to brand, I didn't find any different with the added caffeine, if anything it added to some lightheadedness after taking it. It did help with the headaches and was used from both myself and my daughter with the same outcome.

Small tablet big impact!

I will definitely buy this again! The tablets are easy to swallow and made such a difference on the onset of migraine. Though it didn’t take the migraine away entirely, it brought it down to a manageable headache which is more than I can say for previous medications I have tried.
