These work great, I tried them for free from their website (sent me a free sample, just fill out the form) and I have never gone back to my old brand. Fun, Innovative, great packaging and I love their no nonsense commercials. Best Product on the market!

I do like these however I will say that the string is a bit thinner than Tampax brand and that makes it a bit harder to grab onto when the time comes. Still not a bad product but that one issue makes this my number two choice.
