I used to be an Always girl. I still occasionally buy Always pads and liners, but I have converted to U by Kotex sleek tampons. I love the easy open packaging, which is great for disposal as well. I find the applicator super comfortable, easy to grip and it never gets stuck or breaks. The tampons themselves stand up to even my heavy flow from Endometriosis, and while I still have to wear a pad as back up (I have a seriously heavy flow), I definitely don't get the kind of leakage that is normal with other tampons. They are amazing and I feel more confident using these than any other brand. I'm not constantly worried I'm going to leak through my clothing or running to change my tampon every twenty minutes.

The best i try so far on the market, they never break like other brands, they are absorbant, small, i like that !

Very good tampons! live up to the name of thin even with the super ones! easy to just slip into your purse when your out and about.

I just tried these for the first time and I have to say, they are the rolls Royce of tampons! They are slim(even with super plus), have a no slip grip and have a nice easy open wrapper. Very comfortable!
