I don’t think i would buy it again.

This under eye primer is to help reduce the appearance of dark circles. It doesn’t reduce the dark circles but it preps the area for concealer. This is supposed to help the concealer to stay on longer. I bought it to help during very humid weather. The concealer does stay on a bit longer but not much. I think a heavy layer of the primer would make a difference.
