This workout of Leslies is four in one dvd! It also includes the use of a resistance band which I love! The first mile gets your heart rate up and is brisk and upbeat. It continues from there with miles 2 through 4. The 4th being a super challenge that is 60 minutes! I love that you have the ability to work your way up in intensity and can choose which mile suits you.
