A bit disappointed

Let me start with saying my kid was so excited for this and we were excited for her to open it. Assembling was a bit of a pain as the instructions were not great. Now after using a few times the tracks seem to be shifting due to use and gravity and the car won't go from one side to the next which it needs too to work. My biggest issue is they created these pieces on the bottom that stick out front for additional tracks at the bottom that stick out about 2 inches directly in front of the toy. So when you play on your knees in front of the toy your knees are constantly getting hurt on these notches that stick out. I slammed my knee down on it while I was putting it together then my kid did the same a few days later and almost punctured her knee. There's no way yo remove it so I have padding taped on top so it won't hurt her again but it looks not great with that on there.
