They must of changed the recipe

I rencently bought uncle bens fast and fancy country chicken rice. This flavour use to be one of mine and my husband’s favourite. We have tried it a couple of times after we thought they changed the recipe but every time I make it we have to throw it out. It has a chemical taste and the rice is mushy. I tried under cooking it but still it taste awful.

I have a young son who had been a big fan of rice since he was barely a toddler. His favourite has always been chicken and I like that this is so easy and quick to prepare for him. I usually make this rice with some pork or chicken for him and it really fills him up.

I also make this for family meals because everyone enjoys it so much, this has a great chicken flavour and is a perfect side for pretty much any meal.
