Easy side dish!

We love all the fast and fancy's in my house. They make a great side dish when you don't want to do a lot of work of planning. Simply pop it in the pot, bring to a boil and wait. They taste great and are easy to make.

Quick and Easy Treat

My hubby loves mushrooms so I decided to give this rice a try. It is now a favourite. The preparation is done with ease and you simply put all the ingredients into the pot and then you have a tasty side dish. Once you bring it to a boil, you turn the heat down and let it cook until it is just about done, turn off the heat, put on the lid and voila, great tasting rice. It has a creamy texture and a great mushroom flavour. It usually goes on sale for about 99 cents and is great to have with pork, beef or chicken. I would definately recommend it.
