Brilliant RIce

I tried this rice because the mushroom sauce looked neat. It is now a favourite of my husbands. I like the ease of mixing the ingredients together, bringing it to a boil and having a great tasting side dish easily. The mushroom sauce is tasty and not too runny. The only thing I found an issue was the cooking time. I discovered that if you turn the heat off right as it is starting to thicken up, put on the lid and let it sit, it will be cooked perfectly. Waiting too long runs the risk of it sticking to the pot. All in all, a good value for your money
