Healthy Alternative Cooking Oil
The hubby and I have been using this grapeseed oil for the past three months because of its health benefits . This type of cooking oil contains unsaturated fat‘s which are healthier for you and grapeseed oil has been linked to lower levels of cholesterol. In addition to that this cooking oil contains vitamin E which is very healthy for you in terms of antioxidants so it’s great for your skin and hair. In all honesty I have not noticed any difference between using grapeseed oil or vegetable oil or extra virgin olive oil, it tastes the same and it coats the food the same as well. If you want to little bit of vitamin E in your cooking from your oil as well as to help you reduce your cholesterol intake this is a great option!
