    Not for prolonged use.

Because of my job I don't get to wear nail polish very often. However with this peel off base coat it's become a lot easier. The base coat has been marketed to last one to two days but results may vary. So on my weekends I'm now able to wear nail polish without having to spend time using a liquid remover.

The moment that they dry it becomes easy to peel off the polish. I just used my own nails to chip at the back of each nail bed and the entire polish layer just popped right off.

This was actually useful even while I was still painting my nails. I made a mistake on one of the nails and needed to redo it. Usually that requires me to start completely over on all the nails as polish remover and cotton balls will find their way onto the rest of my hands. I waited until the layer of polish was dry and just popped it off without ruining my manicure. I was able to start again right after that.

Trying to test the longevity of the base coat I applied some polish last night and waited to see. They lasted through the night and most of my morning but as I went into the world to run a few errands I began to notice one missing throughout the day. By the time I got home, I had one left on my left hand and three on my right.

I would personally say that this is most likely best to be used for one day and then just start fresh the next.

    Super easy removal!

This makes polish removal way easier, especially for glitter polishes! I have damaged, brittle nails and am trying to paint them more often to a layer of strength. Currently my nails are a bit too thin making this base coat peel easily, but using this reduces the damage of the nail polish remover and it's a lot faster!
The only other down side I've found is that it will peel easily if your hands are wet, cooking and washing dishes - but wearing gloves is better for your nails anyway!

I’ve been using the UNT Peel Off Base Coat for close to a year now & I am in LOVE! I change my nail polish several times a week since I participate in multiple nail art challenges on social media.

They should consider re-naming this stuff pop off base coat because on occasion I’ve looked down to notice a naked nail with no polish in sight. It’s no big deal though because when I find it I just brush on more UNT & press the polish back down & it’s good as new. For the troopers that hang on I just pop them from the cuticle or edges when I want to take them off & the polish comes off whole.

I like using this way better than cotton balls & acetone because I don’t have to deal with the mess or smell.

This stuff is awesome & only $10!

I'll only ever use it if I'm wearing a really glittery nail polish. But for me I just can't seem to get this to work properly. I've tried double coats. I've tried wrapping the tips. It always chips during the day, or I'll have one whole nail disappear on me. Removal doesn't come off in one go like I've seen on YouTube videos for me. I've even tried soaking my nails with cuticle oil to help it come off. Sometimes the nails will come off in a few large chunks and other times I'm spending a few minutes per nail trying to chip away at it. Unless I can figure it out I can't recommend it to anyone.
