Definitely does what the title implies as this is the easiest, glide-on liner pencil on the market! Would definitely not recommend it as a liner for the over eyes, especially to those with oily skin or eye lids as it does tend to smudge though; also not the ideal product for winged looks due to the same problem. For winged liner, try Make Up For Ever's Aqua Black Waterproof Cream Eye Shadow instead! I find this product works best in the water line and under eyes but be warned, you will have to reapply throughout the day so be sure to pack this item in your touch up kit! Overall, a fairly good liner but not recommended as a stand alone.

I have been using this eyeliner for a long time! I love how it glides on smoothly and lasts all day! I wish they still made the All Nighter (automatic twist up) so I didn't have to sharpen it, but other than that, it's an A+ eyeliner!

I got mine at Sephora and when the pencil low there was no way towharpen the pencil it seemed like
It was a one time use only and that really sucks so I've never used mine again .

Great eyeliner with fantastic pigmentation and so smooth. It smudges nicely and sets well. It pretty expensive though and doesn't seem to last very long compared to other comparable sized liners. The colour range is great though.

Pretty good eye liner, but I think may be a little too expensive. Can find same quality at the drug store. It does not have great staying power but is good for smudging/ smokey eye.

The price is just OK but the quality is great. I use various colours every day. They sharpen well and you can layer colours. The more you layer, the more they stay. I have greasy eye lids and these still stay. I have about 6 different colours and would buy more.

I've been using the Urban Decay eye pencils for more than 5 years. They are excellent however you do need to reapply if worn all day as it will fade from time to time. I own this product in several colours and have tried others. This works the best for me so far!

Excellent long wearing product! Lots of pigmentation so color looks great with many colors available. The only problem is the pencil is very soft so it gets used up quite quickly.

Glides on so nicely and lasts for ages.
However the price is more costly so I will buy it once in awhile

I have this eye liner in more than half a dozen shades. It's quite wonderful, but not quite as waterproof as it claims.
