My favorite highlighter

I use this highlighter every day! I received it as a birthday gift from urban decay and it’s amazinf! Super pigmented! It gives me the perfect glow without too much glitter like a lot of highlighters do.

I got a sample of this in my last Ipsy and i think i love this highlighter. It's light and soft and very pigmented. You can do one stroke for a nice highlight or build it up for an insane glow. and it totally lasts all day, even without finishing spray.
