Waterproof Setting

Great for summer

@urbandecay is one of the OGs of makeup setting sprays! I was so excited to receive the Urban Decay All Nighter Long Lasting Makeup Setting Spray in exchange for my honest review.

I am a huge fan of urban decay’s setting sprays and this was no different. I love that it’s lightweight weight and doesn’t feel heavy on the skin, it also doesn’t mess up the makeup underneath or break it down over time. It’s also smudge proof and really long lasting. I also love that it sprays in a fine mist.

In the video my foundation did smudge- but I think it’s because I didn’t leave it long enough to dry completely. But as you can see the blush and lipstick stayed put and didn’t smudge. I have used it multiple times since taking that footage and can attest it’s truly long lasting!

My makeup did not move!

Despite the heat, humidity, and a busy schedule today, my makeup stayed in place all day long. Foundation, eyeshadow, blush—everything looked as perfect as when I first applied it. Works great

This makeup setting spray does amazing job on keeping my makeup look fresh for the whole day. During the hot and sweaty days, my makeup still holds up perfectly. I like the super fine mist, it cools my skin so well and prevents the makeup meltdown. And it doesn’t irritate my eyes at all. Awesome product!

Long time love - Still the best setting spray!

As an oily/combo skinned gal, I was already a big fan of the All Nighter Setting Spray. Honestly, once the weather gets hotter I rarely wear mascara, due to the transfer, and most makeup melts right off my face within a few hours. So for me, just getting through the day without my eye makeup looking like Courtney Love in the Hole days is progress. While I nostalgically adore grunge makeup from the 90's, it's not the look I'm going for as a 50+ woman in the workplace.

Yesterday I tried this setting spray for an all day work event, mostly outside in the baking sun. I liberally spritzed this all over --- I liked the instructions to spray in an X formation and a T formation. Why have I never thought of this before? I'm a circle spritzer :) My full face, including mascara and a very sparkly eyeshadow did not budge. I always need to touch up with powder here and there, but I had zero makeup meltdown and I'm pretty impressed. Will continue to test this over the hot humid Ontario summer.

This setting spray works like magic! First, it’s easy to use. One or two spray is enough to cover your face. Second, it’s light weight and will hydrate your face. Third, helps your make up stay intact after a long day! Lastly, it’s paraben free so it’s good to any skin type!

Locked in all day

So let me just say it is hot right now, like 40 + with the humidex. Spent the day with friends in the blazing sun, ate on restaurant patios, walked the streets shopping, went and visited the harbourfront. I popped in to the restroom to check myself out and I didn't even have patches of wear from my sunglasses in my makeup!! Game changer for keeping your makeup in place. I love how fine the mist is, it doesn't soak your face or unevenly place bigger droplets. I love it!
