Passed my heat and water test!

Waterproof, smudge-resistant, transfer-resistant, and temperature control, with up to 16hs of wear—these are big claims, and I put the @urbandecaycosmetics All Nighter Setting Spray to the ultimate test, after being gifted these products for my honest review.

I applied my best full face of makeup on during the worst heatwave (30°C/89.6°F). I ran errands downtown, sweating throughout the whole day, chased my kiddo around the house and at the park, and ended my day with a swim in the pool. While I may not pull many all-nighters these days, I truly tested the limits of this setting spray.

Throughout the day, I checked my makeup and noticed that only my lipstick had faded a bit. Other than that, everything looked great. After my swim, with multiple dunks under the water, I only had minor fallout that wiped away without leaving any marks. I was really impressed with the setting spray’s performance. It also boosts the vibrancy of my eyeshadow and is vegan.

It’s so so to me

This product was an alright product to me. I did many tests with it (going out, transfer proof, makeup vibrancy, etc…) And the one that left the most impression on me was dipping my face into the water. It is advertised as waterproof but it’s not completely waterproof. When I tried to dry my face by dabbing the tissue the foundation came off a bit. But the makeup still looked the same. Personally I think it’s more sweat proof than waterproof. Though, the price is not something I would go for. If you would like to try, go for the mini one and then see how it fits your need. That way you can test it and also save money.

Long lasting and glowy finish

First time trying out this all nighter setting spray and it didn't disappoint. The glow last overnight with zero touch ups and was effortless when applying.

Liking it so far

It doesn't have a strong scent which I like and it absorbs fairly quickly without feeling sticky or wet on my skin seems to hold up well after a day of wearing makeup

Works great!

Urban Decay’s All Nighter Setting Spray works great! It keeps my makeup looking fresh all day and night, even through work and evening outings. The spray itself comes as a clear solution which is lightweight, non-sticky, and has a refreshing feel. The scent of it is very pleasant, not too subtle and not too strong. After using it for a while, I’ve noticed that my makeup definitely holds much longer than before, and gives my makeup an extra matte finish. While it’s a bit pricey, it’s worth every penny for the long-lasting hold. Highly recommend for anyone needing their makeup to stay put!

decently priced and works well

Relatively good setting spray, with minimal smudging throughout the night. Definitely transfer-resistant! The smell, however, is slightly unpleasant. Very refreshing and doesn't feel heavy on the skin.

Helps in humidity!

I loved my experience with urban decay long lasting makeup setting spray. I apply my make up and use the spray to help it set, especially on hot humid days like this. It can help keep make up in place 16 hours! Helps with providing a protection against smudging and water proof. Go ahead and jump in the pool! It's a lovely refreshing feeling that is temp controlled to keep make up cool. A necessity in our glam bags this summer. Enjoy that 43°

Makes my makeup last all day

My first time using a setting spray and I am shocked at how good it is. My makeup lasted so much longer and definitely was transfer resistant. I found that there's a strange smell thought but it goes away once the product was dried.
Love how it makes my foundation last longer while still keeping a dewy finish. Noticed less separation for sure!

My go to setting spray for years!

Ive used this spray for years and never fully put it to the test so I was so excited to test its different claims. It is transfer proof when you pat with a tissue however makeup does come off when you rub. Thats not a huge issue for me as I’m not rubbing my face aggressively throughout the day. It is for the most part pretty waterpoof! Barely any makeup comes off except my mascara which is not water proof
