Self Setting Foundation
Let me introduce to you the newest addition to the @urbandecaycosmetics line. This is the NEW Face Bond Self Setting Foundation
This lightweight, medium-coverage foundation contains three percent niacinamide to improve feeling of skin texture and minimize appearance of redness, blemishes, and pores.
What's unique is this formula actually contains a powder so this soft matte finish sets itself. I love the applicator and although this foundation sets you still have lots of time to work with it.
First impressions: lightweight, buildable, blurring, matte finish, long lasting, never gets greasy, and doesn't budge in any kind of weather. Although this contains a powder it's very serum like in its texture. This will be perfect for hot summer months.
I highly recommend picking this up. There is nothing else quite like it. I've always been a huge fan of UD and this didn't disappoint.
Although I recieved this product free from @thisisbutterly all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Love how easy to apply
Love the easy to use no spill spout makes it easy to put product where you want it. Love how this looks once blended out and covers so well. I have redness and it did well to cover it.

Feels like I’m not wearing any makeup
After trying out this popular Face Bond Foundation from Urban Decay, I have mixed feelings.
Pros:
- This foundation has one of the lightest textures I’ve ever used, almost like a serum that disappears into skin. Im a big fan of how weightless it felt on my skin as if I wasn’t wearing any makeup. A little goes a long way.
- It’s a self setting formula which feels like magic to me. It really feels like I applied powder on my face but I didn’t.
- The finish is matte with medium coverage
- It lasted a pretty long time and looked better and skin-like after a few hours of soaking in oils from the skin.
- The shade range is pretty good and the shade I used was a very close match for me.
Cons:
- The bottle tip is unique but it automatically pushed out a lot of product when I first opened it (I couldn’t stop it, it felt like a waste of a lot of foundation)
- It dries down very quickly so you have to work in small sections
- It emphasizes fine lines / skin texture especially dry patches around my mouth and nose so make sure to properly hydrate and prep skin beforehand. This is not the best choice if you have dry skin
- It’s difficult to layer other cream products on top because the foundation wipes away.

UB Foundation
I received the #14 light medium golden shade. I apply it with a sponge for a natural finish or a brush for more coverage. The foundation feels lightweight on my skin but it dries fast so I need to blend quickly to avoid patchiness. It creates a blurry finish that reduces the appearance of my imperfections and I love that it doubles as skincare with its niacinamide content. The squeeze bottle packaging is not my fave though.

Light foundation
This foundation comes in sleek, sturdy packaging. The fine tip opening makes it easier to get a nice amount of product out without over pouring.
It has buildable medium coverage, with no lingering smell to it. It does not feel heavy on the face once wearing it. I do highly recommend having great skin prep before using this foundation. It does pick up on dry patches enhancing the dry skin flakes. With proper skin prep, that could be avoided.

Great long-lasting foundation that isn't cakey!
Urban Decay is a makeup brand that I know we all trust and love, including myself, so I could not wait to get my hands on their new Face Bond Self Setting Waterproof Foundation! I tried the shade Light Medium Cool as someone with a fair to medium skin tone with cool undertones. I will say off the bat that this does have more of an orangey warmer tint to it, so if you have cool/olive skin, this won't be the match for you. Once the foundation is blended out on the skin and dries down, the orange tinge does mellow out a bit.
In terms of coverage, I'd say this foundation is completely buildable! Whether you're aiming for a sheer everyday look, or full coverage and glam, this foundation has you covered. A few drops will give you a nice lightweight, breathable base that evens out imperfections. You can also layer it up to cover up blemishes, dark spots, and even acne scars without it feeling like a cakey mask.
This formula is also waterproof and long-wearing, so I put it to the test on a busy day filled with meetings, errands, and even a gym session, and it totally held up! I didn't experience any creasing, fading, transfer, and found it to be quite sweat-proof! I have very dry skin, even in the spring/summer, so the fact that the formula contains hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, and niacinamide (3%), means my skin stays hydrated, despite this foundation having a matte finish.

GOOD PRODUCT FOR COMBO SKIN!
Meet the newest launch from Urban Decay! This is their Face Bond Foundation. It claims to be a 24 hour, transfer resistant, water proof and sweat proof formula that is also self setting, meaning no powder required!
I was gifted this product by @thisisbutterly & @urbandecaycosmetics in exchange for a review!
I received the shade “3, fair warm” and it was a perfect match. I really enjoy the packaging as it is mess proof and does not leak. It is also sleek and compact.
When testing the product I tried it with a blending sponge and foundation brush and found both ways work well for me. This foundation also includes 3% nicacinamide which helps with skin texture.
I found this to be easy to use and long wearing. It is a thin formula yet still provides good coverage. It worked well with my other cream blush and bronzers as well. Would recommend!! 👏🏻👏🏻

Satin skin for oily girlies!
First of all I LOVE the packaging. It’s nice and light and the squeeze bottle leaves little chance for a messy makeup bag. I liked the finish it gave, though slightly thick.

Really good but not amazing!
I recently tried out Urban Decay's latest foundation, and overall, I had a positive experience with it. The formula felt incredibly hydrating, which was a big plus for me. I also appreciated the convenience of the squeeze bottle packaging! It's soooo much easier to control the amount of product you dispense. However, I did notice that after a few hours of wear, the foundation started to pill a bit on my face, which was a bit disappointing. While it performed well, I've had better performing foundations in terms of longevity and wear throughout the day. Overall, if you're looking for a hydrating foundation with convenient packaging, this one is worth a try. Just keep in mind that it might not be the most long-lasting option out there.

Matte foundation with an innovative new design.
I was really excited to try Urban Decay's Face Bond because I'm trying to find a new foundation to become my daily go-to, I have combination skin that tends to go a bit drier, so while I was curious to try this foundation, I was aware that it may not be the right fit for my skin. One of the biggest selling points of this foundation was that it was meant to be a foundation and setting powder in one, but I felt that perhaps due to that 'setting powder effect', once the foundation settled after about 10 minutes, I did feel my skin was a bit dry and the foundation was a bit drier than I was looking for. I did like the medium coverage that this foundation offered, it could be something I would use when going out to concerts or shows when I want to look nice but don't need a FULL coverage look.
Overall I tend to go for slightly more hydrating foundations, but I would recommend if you also have drier skin but really want a matte product, you could keep trying this with different primers and perhaps in a more humid climate to see how it stands up, but for now I would probably only recommend this to people who have skin that tends to be a bit more oily. One thing I'd love to RAVE about was that I did really love the new bottle and applicator tip. It was SO EASY to get just enough product out, without losing any to waste, and it didn't get stuck in the tip at all. Overall the design is really innovative and FINALLY it's so nice to have a foundation bottle that will not spill or tip in your makeup bag while traveling.
