I got this palette as a gift. I am not really into makeup but I find this palette perfect because the neutral colours are great for whatever your make-up level is. I use this palette almost everyday. I love the matte look and even use the Faint colour to fill in my eyebrows. When I am looking for a more subtle look I use crave as an eyeliner. This palette is perfect for anyone, even teens who are just starting to use make-up. Highly recommended!

This is a perfect everyday palette. It has all the natural colours and they are all matted except for the colour "Venus." It is great for traveling!! It got colours that you can highlight your inner corners of your eyes or your brow bone (Venus). It got colours for your crease (Naked2). It got colours for your outer corners of your eyes (). and it got an eyeliner. Is very pigmented and when I don't use a primer it is still good and long lasting for me.

I love bring this when I travel because it looks super natural by not over doing it. Another good thing is the mirror, is big enough for you to use for everything when traveling.

First of all the palette itself is pretty great because it’s sturdy enough that when you close it, it will actually stay closed. I’ve been using it for almost two months now and the lock is still working, and I have dropped it a few times and the eye shadows and palette have not cracked or broken.

There are six neutral shades, and they are all matte. The first three are perfect for a neutral eye. Venus works great as a highlighter and because the shadow is matte it isn’t too shimmery. Foxy and Walk of Shame are my absolute favourites. I alternate using them to cover my lid, and sometimes I just wear one of these colours with mascara so I look awake! It’s like the “I’m not wearing any make-up” look, while actually wearing make-up and looking fab. I thought I would hate Naked2 because it almost looks grey in the palette, but after a couple weeks I tried it and I really like it! It’s perfect to layer on the crease of my eye, and it doesn’t look grey at all on top of Foxy or Walk of Shame. It looks very natural, but at least defines my eyes. Finally Faint and Crave are more for a dinner and drinks type of look. Both can be very heavy so very little is needed, but both are complementary. It’s like this palette was made for my face! Obviously Urban Decay knew what they were doing when they created this Naked Basics Palette.

The urban decay naked basic palette is by far the best palette to do natural to dramatic smokie eye. The eye shadows are pigmented, I do use an eye primer before the shadows because it helps the look stay on longer. I do recommend this product to everyone who is looking for an everyday look or a basic night out look!

I definetly love this palette. The nude shades are perfect, they have the best texture and finish. it's a tad pricey but the result is uncomparable to other shadows.

I bought this palette as a complete impulse buy and im so glad i did. It is a neutral palette and at first glance it looks like you wouldnt be able to get many looks out of it. However, you most certainly can :) I use this palette almost ever day and can achieve any look from natural to smokey/night time look. I use mine pretty much every day mainly for my eye brows. Its also a great travel size palette you can take with you on trip, or throw into your bag for easy touch up's. The mirror is a good size and it good quality.

I love the naked basics palette. I use mine every day. As all the powders are matte, they are appropriate for day time use. I find the lightest colours are best for the lid, the medium browns are excellent for my browns and who doesn't need a matte black in their case? If I am travelling, this is the only eyeshadow case I bring.

HNNGGG, I can't get over this palette. It's so functional for me. I can't exactly wear my whacked out Shiro eyeshadows at work, so this little guy is perfect to help me look nice, but not overly made up. Not to mention Faint is my go to brow powder. I haven't been able to find a decent match in a powder or pencil until I used it!
