Its a good foundation that has light to medium coverage. I find myself having to use concealer over top for more stubborn pimples and hyperpigmentation. It doesnt vreak me out and according to thr packaging its good for the skin (i have not seen any significant improvement in my skin). It does look very natural but wear time is not the greatest. Maybe 4-5 hours before i start noticing fading? But overall i like it.
For the price tag, I was not impressed.
even with Sephora's skin ID, shade did not match my skin tone and made me look dirty, got cakey often and the coverage was not there either.
i jumped back to mac
This is a great foundation for oily skin. I have oily combination skin and because this is a thin watery formula, it does't feel heavy at all. A great foundation and less expensive than other high end foundations.
I have always bought drug store foundations, but have an extremely hard time finding one that matches and that wears well. I decided to take the plunge and try the urban decay foundation ( I have many other urban decay items that I love so trust the brand). I went to Sephora and had the color matched by a professional there, glad I did because I would have picked one that was to light... all I can say is wow! I am in love with this foundation, it is not to thick so it does not look as though you have a lot of makeup on but it gives you a nice even complexion. I do not have "bad" skin but the blemishes and spots I need covered this foundation does a great job and leaves my skin with a soft glow. I will never buy a drugstore foundation again. Note: I apply this with the Urban Decay optical blurring brush and love the way it applies.
Urban Decay Naked Skin Foundation gives a weightless buildable coverage without foundation clogging your pores. It's really breathable and had my skin feeling so soft. My skin is normally dry and I normally like to use a creamy moisturizing foundation, but this does the trick even though it leaves a powder finish.
My skin feels amazing after only a week of use. I love it.
This foundation is AWESOME! I love how it feels like I'm wearing absolutely nothing and yet all my scars and pimples are sufficiently covered.
With my Estee Lauder foundation I generally find a little tranference on clothing, however, with the naked foundation, I've found none. I generally use a powder brush and tap on the Naked Skin Ultra Definition Loose Finishing Powder and my face looks awesome for 8 hours.
Urban Decay Naked Skin is the reason I started wearing Liquid Foundation again. I had stopped because almost all the brands I tried with decent coverage were either really heavy, really cakey or really thick. This product is amazing. It's lightweight, comfortable and breathable but it gives you flawless coverage. My only issue is that, though colour choice seems broad, it's actually quite limited and can be difficult to find an exact match but that isn't a huge issue because a coloured finished powder will solve that problem. Otherwise, two thumbs up!
I started using the Naked foundation back in nov and let me say WOW!!! I get tons of compliments everywhere I go ! People are always asking me what foundation I'm wearing or if I'm even wearing any because it makes my skin look so flawless and natural ! I love the fact that a lil goes a long way with this product so you won't be running out to get a new bottle every month .. My last bottle lasted until march that's 5 months of usage !
Ok - I am recommending this product based on the fact that it does what is required and I can't fault it in that sense. However it is definitely not the best foundation I have ever used. It is watery (shake well before use!) it is definitely light and definitely weightless. I don't feel caked in make up, so it is great for work. I have also noticed that I look better in pictures which is the ultra definition part of the deal. It's NOT 'nighttime make up'. I guess I was under the impression it would work for both day and night when I bought it, which is no fault of Urban Decay, I guess I was just hoping for a multi use product. It's not cheap so I'm not one hundred percent sure if I will purchase it again. I am thinking of trying the Revlon HD make up that is far cheaper. I will review and compare once I have done this.
