Urban decay special effects lip topper

Special effect lipstick topper is amazing. I have the colour called LITTER "Lip Glitter" its a white liquid lip with blue glitter effect. Its amazing to wear when you want people to notice you. I love thiss lip topper i use it on top of ALL my lipsticks iits amazing fun to use. Im even buying one for my 9 year old niece. She enjoys it aswrll. Its good for preteen girl to older ladys.
