My most recent trip I was extremely turned off and frustrated by the lack of personable service reps and their refusal to help those that need help in stores finding certain objects/articles of clothing. The store was a wreck and no one wanted to help. I was there in store for aprox 30 mins before someone noticed and when I asked for help I was given a swift gestured head nod of "I don't have time to help". Needless to say, their products are a huge rip off in price! never again.
