Hasn't really made a noticeable difference in terms fo eye bags, however it is a refreshing product and leaves the undereye area hydrated and soft. I guess whether you should buy it depends on what exactly you want it for.

Lightly hydrates surrounding eye area.

I find the texture of this eye contour product is somewhere in between a gel and a cream. When I apply it to my surrounding eye area it feels cool and refreshing. I like that it hydrates my eye area without making it look oily or greasy. It absorbs almost immediately and doesn't leave the under eye skin feeling tavky. I don't wear this on the days I wear makeup because it tends to pill. I personally did not notice my eye area looking any brighter or less tired. Also if you have very dry skin surrounding your eyes I would recommend a heavier cream. My skin is normal so I don't really need heavy creams. That being said I look for a product that will minimize dark circles and this did not. I would probably recommend this for a younger person as opposed to someone looking to minimize fine lines and wrinkles.
