Refreshing like water but what's the point?

When I first got this I didn't really know what the point of it was. It just feels like water being sprayed out of an aerosol can. The only use I got out of it was for after sun care after being at the beach for over 8 hours. Spraying it on my freshly tanned/burnt skin did feel very refreshing. However I don't know what other use I would have for this. I think 1 can will last me a few years and will probably not be buying it again.
