I honestly didn't think these were going to be as fun or effective as they were! I tried them out in my apartment and it quickly became obvious that these are much better suited to being outside. They give a lot of fun and cool game ideas on the packaging, but as a kid I would have just loved competing with my family to see who could get these to go furthest.

My cats definitely enjoyed them too, though make sure to pick them up and not let your pet chew them, as there is an LED in there. The manufacturer confirmed they are safe for use in the pool as well!

Material wise, they are made of the same material as a pool noodle, it's incredibly lightweight and pretty durable considering. The LED's are nice and bright and show up well at night. I'm not the sportiest of person, I'm generally clumsy and don't have great dexterity, but I was able to use this immediately. From the first attempt, I found it very easy. Just pull back the rocket and let fly.

I do wish the loop on the 'elastic' was a bit bigger as they are a little smaller for my average adult sized fingers and thus not as comfortable, but that's a small quibble. I was happy to see that the claim of 'no snapback' was true, as I'm a bit of a wimp and have never been able to play with elastic bands for this reason.

Overall, just a really fun summer toy for kids and adults alike. There's something really thrilling about the more simply, old fashioned games and this is just as addictive as I remember them being! Great way to get some fresh air.
