Love this

The Vachon 1/2 moon vanilla cakes are amazing! The cakes are a nostalgic snack that I love having as a sweet side at lunch and at home for a quick treat. My favourite way to eat them is by putting them in the fridge for about an hour and having them with tea at the end of the day. The filling can be too sweet at times, but I will continue to purchase them regardless.

Delicious and Creamy

The vachon 1/2 lune moon is a great snack or appetizer when you have cravings for sweet cake like. it's my hubby and i favorite to buy in store, he even have this on his lunchbox at work. its yummy and tasty and plus its creamy. i will purchase this as always.

Fresh spongy cakes

These are really good. My kids buy these every week for school lunch snack time. These are fresh everytime. Spongy from outside and sweet cream inside. Always comes out fresh.

Soft and pillowy

Delishious, soft and pillowy dessert. Not overly expensive. The cream could be a bit smoother and less sweet but still tastes good. Highly recommend. Yum.

I absolutely LOVE vachon 1/2 moons and my whole family does too! They are just so tasty, the soft cakey out side and the yummy creamy inside! They are so good!

Childhood Relived

I am not a youngster, but even I can remember walking down to the general store, hoping to find a couple of bottles in the ditch that I could return and be able to buy a Vachon 1/2 Moon cake. My mainland cousin called them 1/2 Lune Moons, until we set him straight, but no matter what you called them they where soft and moist, creamy and delicious. And they still are today. Highly recommended.

Moon Pillow

The Vachon 1/2 Moon Vanilla has a new recipe with more filling, although i haven't tried it before this, so I don't have anything to compare it to. My family and I all got to try one as there is 6 in a box and there are 6 of us. Everybody liked it and we are a sweet treat family so these were great. I found them to be super soft like a pillow, like a really fluffy pancake. I didn't find there was too much filling, just enough for me, and everybody else seemed to agree. I would recommend this to anyone who needs an indulgent treat. We were able to try the product for free.

Mommy's late night snack

We love these half moons. I find them a perfect size for a snack after kids are in bed.

The taste it sweet but not overly sweet it hurts your teeth. Soft texture. Individual wrapped which is nice for on the go.

Great sweet treat.

Very nice, light and fluffy treat with that delicious icing in the center. The kids also loved them. A bit lighter than the Joe Louis with the chocolate which is what I prefer.
