Quick and easy treat

I am not a huge sweet tooth but I actually enjoyed these tarts. They were easy to make (just pop it in the oven and it’s ready) great small portion sizes and they taste great. Our family really enjoyed them. The tarts were nice and soft but still with a nice crispy outer shell. I’d definitely buy these for a special occasion.

Good little snack

The crust was soft and crumbly.
I found it a little too tarty for my taste but definitely not bad at all.
My other family members took a liking to it.
Definitely recommend for a little sweet/tarty afternoon snack.

Almost as good as homemade

Crust was light and crumbly without falling apart.
The filling was sweet and lemony, not too tart and had a nice flavor and texture.
These are a great stand in when you are really craving a lemon tart but don't have time to bake
